Made entirely of pre-preg carbon fiber, a high-quality material that offers a perfect balance between lightness and mechanical strength. The autoclave manufacturing process ensures a solid and uniform structure, improving impact resistance and preventing deformation. This process ensures flawless surfaces, free of air bubbles or imperfections. The matte finish with clear coat not only enhances the aesthetics of the carbon fiber but also protects against UV rays and atmospheric agents. Furthermore, the carbon fiber weave used ensures perfect compatibility with the original carbon fiber, eliminating any risk of aesthetic discrepancies.
The cover is painted with a special "V4R" brushed aluminum effect technique, designed to replicate the look of the original Panigale V4R fuel tank.
The result is an extremely realistic effect, although it is important to note that it will never be identical to a real aluminum tank.
✅ Included equipment
With the cover, we provide black protective films to apply directly to the tank, in the areas most subject to abrasion.
Furthermore, the inside of the cover is already treated with a protective polyurethane layer, which guarantees effective protection without the need for additional accessories that would increase the thickness.
